- Current Members: Log in to the MY ACCOUNT area before completing a registration form to ensure the discount is applied. If you are logged in, your name will appear in the upper right corner of the website navigation, and your information will auto-fill the registration form.
- Need to Renew Your ACL Membership? Please do so before registering. This ensures you save $90 on your conference registration.
- Not a Member Yet? Join ACL before registering to take advantage of the $90 member discount. First-time members can enjoy a special $40 introductory membership rate, maximizing your savings on both membership and conference registration.
The On-Campus Package offers a convenient and budget-friendly way to experience the full ACL Conference while staying in the dorms. Please note the dorm details spelled out on the Lodging page regarding bathroom styles.
Included in this package:
- Lodging (Sunday–Tuesday nights)
- Meals (Monday breakfast–Wednesday lunch)
- Refreshment breaks
- Linen package : pillow/case, fitted sheet, flat sheet, blanket, bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth.
- Access to all conference programming (Monday 8 AM–Wednesday 5 PM)
Note: Sunday dinner is not included in the package, but food trucks will be available on campus from 5:30 -7 PM for your convenience and as a part of the welcome conference kick-off.
Room Options:
- Double Occupancy – Pay a lower room rate and share a dorm room with another attendee. You will be able to indicate a roommate preference during registration. Hall bathrooms.
- Single Occupancy – Pay a higher room rate and have a dorm room to yourself. Hall bathrooms.
- Single Occupancy Plus – Pay a higher room rate and have a private dorm room with a private bathroom. These rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis with paid registration.
The Off-Campus Package is designed for attendees who prefer hotel accommodations or plan to make their own lodging arrangements. This package provides access to conference meals and programming while allowing you the flexibility to stay off campus.
Included in this package:
- Meals – Lunch (Monday–Wednesday), Dinner (Monday), and the Banquet Meal (Tuesday evening)
- Refreshment breaks
- Full access to all conference programming (Monday 8 AM–Wednesday 5 PM)
Note: Attendees selecting this option are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. Off-campus participants are encouraged to check in on Sunday afternoon during on-site registration. Sunday dinner is not included in the package, but food trucks will be available on campus from 5:30 -7 PM for your convenience and as a part of the welcome conference kick-off.
