Note from the Coordinator

Hello friends!  In this March update, we have some special events to highlight.

Although June might seem like a long time away, it will be here before you know it and with it, the ACL Annual Conference. Registration for conference is now open.  Register early to get the early bird discount! Also, our Bloomsbury Open Enrollment period is now underway. Read about the special offer below and on the website.

Save on the ACL Annual Conference

As a member of the Christian Library Consortium, your institution receives a valuable professional development benefit through the Association of Christian Librarians. Each CLC member library may send one non ACL member from your institution to the ACL Annual Conference at the ACL member registration rate, a savings of $90. In addition, those who register before March 16 can save an additional $15 during the Early Bird registration period, increasing the total savings. To take advantage of the CLC benefit, email [email protected] to request the special discount code to use during registration. This is an excellent opportunity to extend conference access to more of your team while maximizing the value of your CLC membership and investing in their professional and spiritual growth.

ACL Research Award

Do you want to honor great student researchers at your institution, get the word out about Association of Christian Librarians, and create a library presence at your academic awards ceremony? Consider nominating a student at your institution to receive the ACL Research Award, first given in 2007.

The nomination deadline is April 2, 2026.

Recipients receive a printed certificate with the ACL logo and are featured on the ACL website. More details about the award and the nominee requirements are available on the ACL website. This is a meaningful way to celebrate your students’ academic excellence while highlighting the important role of your library.

W.T. Cox is a long-time provider of subscription management services to libraries. In addition to handling print and electronic subscriptions, W.T. Cox also offers e-resource solutions such as Journal Finder and eStats. New W.T. Cox customers can take advantage of several special offers.
